Why Luxe
Most of retail runs on hype. We're trying to build the opposite: a store that tells you the truth about fit, ships things in plain packaging, and takes returns without a fight. If that sounds like work you'd be proud of, we'll get along.
How we work
- Remote-first, US hours. We keep meetings few and writing plentiful.
- Small scope, real ownership. You'll run a whole area, not a slice of one.
- Customer-close. Everyone reads support tickets. It's the fastest way to know what's actually broken.
- Careful growth. We hire when the work clearly needs a person, not to look bigger.

How we hire
A short intro call, one focused conversation with the person you'd work with, and a small paid exercise close to the real job — never a take-home marathon. We aim to go start to offer within two weeks and to give a clear yes or no either way.
