How do I know which size to order?
Product pages show US sizes. Open Find my size for the chart, or send us your measurements and we’ll recommend a size. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
What if an item runs small?
When a style tends to run small, we note it on the product page. You can still return eligible items within 30 days — see the return rules below.
Can I return something I’ve tried on?
Yes. You’re meant to try lingerie on. Bras, bralettes, lingerie tops, sleepwear, robes, and non-gusset shapewear can be tried on briefly over your own underwear and returned within 30 days, as long as they come back unwashed, unworn beyond a brief fitting, mark- and scent-free, with all tags and any hygiene liner still attached. How much does a return cost?
A size exchange or store credit is free — we email a prepaid label. A refund back to your card has a flat $6.95 return-shipping fee deducted, and the original shipping isn’t refunded. Faulty, damaged, or wrong items are always free and refunded in full.
Can I return underwear, a thong, a bodysuit, or hosiery?
For hygiene reasons, no — panties, briefs, thongs, gusseted bodysuits, hosiery, socks, and anything whose sealed hygiene packaging has been opened are final sale. Faulty or wrong items are always refunded or replaced.
Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. Use Contact → Fit help and include bust, underbust, waist, hips, and your usual sizes. Most messages receive a reply within one business day.
Why might products in one order arrive separately?
Some items ship from different fulfillment locations. You’ll get tracking whenever it’s available.
What does the package look like?
Plain outer packaging with no lingerie photos or revealing product descriptions on the outside.
Are returns discreet?
Yes. Return labels and packaging are not marked as lingerie.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — choose “Size exchange” at lxintimates.com/returns and tell us the size you want in the notes. The return label is free and we ship the new size as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier, subject to stock. If you’re between sizes, message us first.
What if my package is lost or shows delivered but didn’t arrive?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number. We’ll open a carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Outside the US, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged on delivery are the recipient’s responsibility, and return shipping isn’t prepaid.
How do gift cards work?
Buy a digital gift card at lxintimates.com/shop/gift-cards in any amount from $10 to $500. After checkout it’s emailed to the recipient with a code. To redeem, add items to your bag and enter the code in the “Gift card” box on the cart page — it comes off the merchandise total, with shipping and tax paid at checkout. Gift cards never expire, and any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
How quickly does customer support respond?
Most messages receive a response within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout when your browser supports them.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never store full card numbers.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
It will appear as Luxe Intimates (or a similar Luxe descriptor) — not as a supplier or marketplace name.
Do you sell or share customer information?
We do not sell your personal information. See our privacy policy for how we use order data to fulfill and support your purchase.
Where do your products ship from, and how long does it take?
Some pieces ship from US warehouses; many are made by independent European ateliers and ship from overseas, which takes about 2–3 weeks. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and every product page shows an estimated arrival date range before you buy.
