Agreement

By accessing Luxe Intimates or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

• We aim for accurate product descriptions, photos, and pricing.
• Colors and fit can vary by screen and body; use our size guide for the best match.
• Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout from your shipping address and shown as a separate line before payment. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel orders placed under obvious mistakes.
• Stock levels change; an item may sell out before fulfillment.

Orders & payment

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we confirm by email.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; many items ship from overseas and take roughly 2–3 weeks. For orders outside the US, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged on delivery are the recipient's responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered (or per carrier terms). If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier claim and work with you toward a replacement or refund. Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery by starting a request at lxintimates.com/returns. Each request is reviewed before a prepaid label is issued. You may try an item on briefly over your own underwear; returned items must be unwashed and unworn beyond a brief fitting, free of marks and scent, with all tags and any hygiene liner or seal intact, and are inspected on arrival. Items showing wear beyond a brief try-on are refused and returned to you at your cost, with no refund. For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs, thongs, gusseted bodysuits, hosiery, and any item whose sealed hygiene packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Size exchanges and store credit ship with a free return label; a refund to the original payment method has a flat $6.95 return-shipping fee deducted, and original outbound shipping is not refunded. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are reviewed with photos and, once approved, refunded or replaced in full including shipping at no fee. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape in bulk
• Interfere with security, payments, or other customers
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Luxe Intimates or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where allowed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Intimates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
